Saturday Afternoon/evening

Ernie is spending quality time with Alex. I grabbed some food and after a rest will head back. She opened her eyes many times today. A rehab nurse came by to explain their program. Alex will be tested Monday to see if she qualifies. If so, it is down on the first floor and she can finally get away from the blips & beeps of ICU and into some stimulating activity to start walking that road back. This is our top priority this weekend, help her meet those goals...send out your love thoughts!

    We are glad to hear Alex is progressing a little more each day. We pray continuously for her brain and body to heal. Her heart rate will regulate itself once the brain figures out what its wants to do. Alex is teaching us alot about ourselfves right now...patience, faith, hope.
