Y a ww n -- Trying to work on a more appropriate sleep wake cycle. Alex does need sleep, but she fights it and it only last for short burst. Her last was 12-230 and now she is wide awake and fidgeting trying to pull her trach cover, etc. They are going to try a mild sleeping med, after all, she has work at 0730. zzz
